Welcome! I’m Estelle, a passionate and dedicated sophrologist, and I want to share with you how sophrology has profoundly transformed my life. A few years ago, I was overwhelmed by work-related stress, constantly juggling responsibilities while struggling to find balance. At the same time, I was dealing with the loss of a loved one, and the grief felt incredibly heavy. During this period, I reached a point where my body felt numb, and I could no longer experience the simple pleasures of life. I felt disconnected from myself and the world around me.

It was in the midst of this that I discovered sophrology. Through its powerful techniques of relaxation, mindful breathing, and body awareness, I began to reconnect with my emotions and my body. Sophrology helped me regain control over my stress, process my grief, and slowly rediscover the sensations of peace and joy that I had lost. It was a transformative experience that gave me the tools to heal and find balance again.

Inspired by the profound impact sophrology had on my life, I decided to become a certified sophrologist. Now, I offer personalised sessions to help you navigate your own challenges, whether it’s managing stress, healing from grief, or regaining a sense of balance and pleasure in your life. Together, we can work to restore harmony and guide you toward a more peaceful, centered, and joyful you.
